The Black Hawk Area Swim Team (BLST) was formed in 2001 with the merger of the Waterloo Sharks Swim Club and the Cedar Falls Swim Club. Since that time BLST has been the leader in youth swimming in the Cedar Valley. We offer swimming for beginners with our spring swim lessons and year round novice program all the way through elite training for high school and college athletes. Our coaching staff consists of two full time staff members and several experienced part time coaches in order to provide your child the top coaching in the area. We are committed to help each athlete reach their full long term potential through both the planning and progressions of our program.
